This is to certify that we the undersigned members of the Patrons Teachers League of Purcellville colored school school are desirous of having Mrs E.M. Norton returned to the Principalship of the school for 1931 We also thank the School Board for having secured for us this valuable Teacher, Trusting this matter may be given a favorable consideration
