To: The Superintendent and County School Board of Loudoun County
Gentlemen:
We the Undersigned, patrons of Middleburg, are in receipt of your letter stating your arrangements for relieving the congested condition here at our Grant School, and also your plans for building a new school here in Middleburg as soon as material and labor are available. This letter is to acknowledge acceptance of your arrangement in renting a room and appointing a teacher for the same during the remainder of this school year. Thanking you for your efforts, arrangements, and plans, we are very gratefully yours,
