Mr. J. R. Allder,
Sterling, Virginia.
My dear Mr. Allder:
I have your letter about Mrs. Rawlings work as a teacher at Sterling. It is too late for us to do anything about this now and since our school bus is already overloaded we could not consent to have your children taken to Ashburn. I am sorry I can do nothing about your complaint or request.
Very sincerely yours,
Division Superintendent.
