The County-Wide League reiterates its commitment to raising funds and provides a list of signees "100 percent" in favor of the Gibons Lot location.

Gentleman
We the members of the County-Wide league, and Citizens of Loudoun County. Are asking you to approve the Gibons Lot in Leesburg Va. as the building site for the Colored high school of Loudoun County.
We are working, and still willing to work to raise all the money we can for this lot.
