Leesburg, Va. May 10th. 1932.
To the Sup’t, Chairman, Sec. and members of the Board of Education of Loudoun CO. Virginia.
Dear Sirs:--
After mature thought and consideration, We are now appaeling to you, as a committee and members of the Community League, and patrons of the Colored Public School, tax -payers and well wishers, in the interest of our children attending said school. we are desirous of changes in the graded departments, for the betterment of all who attend there. The reason for this appeal is inefficiency and other things we have not herein contained, Trusting when the time arrives to vote and decide upon the appointments of the teachers for said school, your Honors will clearly see and be convinced that our plea is justifiable, and that there will be no difficulty for you all to arrive at this conclusion and grant our request, the first one in thirty years.
